Because many of our services are time-based, personalised, or digital in nature, this Refund & Returns Policy explains when refunds may or may not be applicable. We encourage all clients to read this policy carefully before making any payment.

Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to all paid services offered by Prime Booth Edu Advisory Ltd, including but not limited to:

  • Virtual Consultation
  • SOP, LOI & Research Proposal Writing
  • CV Revamp (Academic & Professional)
  • UK CV Optimisation & Job Mentorship
  • Pre-CAS & Visa Interview Preparation

General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services:

  • Payments made for digital, advisory, and consultation services are generally non-refundable once the service has commenced.
  • Refunds are considered only under specific circumstances outlined below.

Eligible Refund Scenarios

A refund may be considered if:

  • Payment was made in error (duplicate payment)
  • A service was paid for but not delivered due to an error on our part
  • A scheduled consultation was cancelled by Prime Booth Edu Advisory Ltd and could not be rescheduled

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after payment
  • Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice
  • Delay caused by late submission of required documents or information
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations rather than service scope
  • Services that have already commenced or been delivered
  • Visa refusal, admission rejection, or outcome beyond our control

Consultation Rescheduling Policy

  • Consultation sessions may be rescheduled once, provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given.
  • Missed appointments without notice are considered forfeited and non-refundable.

Writing & Document Services Policy

For services such as SOP, LOI, Research Proposal Writing, and CV Revamp:

  • Work begins after payment and receipt of required information
  • Once drafting or review has started, the service becomes non-refundable
  • Revision limits are defined within each service scope

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional cases, Prime Booth Edu Advisory Ltd may review refund requests at its discretion, based on documented evidence and fairness.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
